John Sullivan founded our firm, originally known as Sullivan and Company, Ltd., in 1970. Over the years, we have grown in size and reputation. Our clients, some of whom have been with us since the early 70’s, include small and medium size businesses, not-for-profit organizations, individuals, estates and trusts. Many of our trusted staff members have been with us for years, sharing their experience and expert knowledge with our clients. As of January 1, 2002, John handed over the reins to his management team. We are now known as Williams, Stearns and Associates, P.C.. We have Ed Williams, Joan Stearns, Ken Bruffey and a staff of highly trained professionals to give our clients the personal attention they deserve.
